Learn how to spot wild food šĀ and herbs šæ before you even know their names! š
This class will change the way you look at plants and flowers forever. I am going to teach you to recognize plants by their families. This is easier than you may think and one of the single most important skills a forager can learn.
Why is it important?
Plant families often share similar characteristics in terms of edibility, medicinal uses, and even toxicity. For instance, the rose family (Rosaceae) contains hundreds of plants with edible fruit (Plum, peach, apple, hawthorn, rose, etc.)
By learning families youāll be able to pick out plants that you should pay closer attention to!
After we learn how to recognize the families, Iāll teach you the TOP 10 most important families that ALL foragers should know, like Rosaceae š¹, Fabaceae š«, or Apiaceae. š„

This is my favorite way to think about it: āTeach a man a plant, and heāll learn one. Teach a man a family, and heāll learn hundreds!ā šÆ
If youād like to learn hundreds of plants with just a few details, this is the class for you.
